It's definitely a beastly AA for long periods of grinding or events that suck your Endurance away. This is a great boost in DPS when you activate it. However, this AA should be one of the last you get to increase the use of your character since, by itself, does not do much. In no way shape or form can this reliably save your life. This is possibly the most useful Swarming AA ever (aside from Mortal Coil) as almost all of your damage while Swarming is done via Riposte.
